Vehicle Tracking Systems give you peace of mind.

The Skytrak GPS Vehicle Tracking System connects to your computer via wireless RF, downloads GPS information stored in the vehicle and then displays that information on your computer screen. You may then choose the level of detail when accessing the route history including:

• The speed the vehicle was moving
• Which street it was on
• For how long it traveled
• Number or miles traveled

These are great for company vehicles or keeping tabs on your kids and are available in standard and in Real Time versions. (Real time requires a subscription to tracking service)

Customize your ride with GVN 53, a remote GPS sensor that integrates with your vehicle’s audio/video entertainment system so you can hear turn-by-turn directions through your vehicle's stereo and view detailed street maps on your integrated video display. Similar to GVN 52, GVN 53 takes it up a notch with simultaneous output of RGB and composite video¹ and features a high-sensitivity GPS receiver for improved reception.

Navigate with Your Entertainment System

GVN 53 turns your vehicle's audio/video system into a powerful street navigator. Look up and route directly to specific addresses or points of interest — such as restaurants, hotels, gas stations, retail shops or ATMs — while viewing your exact location on detailed street maps. It even announces the name of exits and streets through your car's speakers so you never have to take your eyes off the road. Map graphics are shown on your system's integrated video display. GVN 53 comes preloaded with detailed City Navigator® NT map data, and its card slot makes it easy to plug in additional map detail from optional MapSource® mapping products.

Add Traffic, Weather and Radio

With an optional XM antenna and a subscription to XM services, you can check the weather, move ahead of traffic and listen to XM radio when you travel with GVN 53. As an alternative, GVN 53 can receive optional TMC traffic alerts (in select cities) when used with a compatible traffic receiver.

Operate with Ease

GVN 53 installs out-of-sight and is easy to use. Hide the GVN 53 under a car seat using the included mounting hardware, and operate it easily with the included wireless remote control. Use the remote to navigate the menu on your video display and make selections to find it and go.

GPS (Global Positioning System) can be used to either track a vehicle, a cell phone OR you can use GPS to Navigate. How does it work? Your GPS Navigation head unit will usually be programmed to your home or work address, and as you drive, your location will be shown on the screen. You can hit POI (Points of Interest) and the pre-programmed locations will appear on your screen such as restaurants, banks, hospitals etc. You can also punch in where you'd like to go and your GPS Navigation unit will show you routes to take, just as if you looked it up online such as on Google Maps or MapQuest.
